Not everyone comes to University straight from year 12. For each of our undergraduate programs, there are several pathways for applicants with previous higher education study, for example, or previous study at a vocational education and training (VET) level or those with work and life experience.

The ATAR (Australian Tertiary Admission Rank) is a good indicator of degree entry requirements and can be useful for comparing and deciding what to study. See the definitions section below to review the lowest and highest ATAR rankings as well as details on selection rank and minimum eligibility score for undergraduate degrees. - Acceptance of offer
- Deferring your place. Commencing students may defer their program for up to 2 years. To do so, you must change your response to DEFER via the SATAC website by 31 March in the year you were made the offer.
